At the same factory, there was a concern about reducing the high incidence of defects caused by specification differences in picking, and they wanted to establish a system to prevent mis-picking.
Since a shutter mechanism that only allows access to the necessary width was effective, they were producing an air-operated shutter in-house. However, the in-house air-operated shutter posed issues with high costs for mass production and maintenance. Therefore, by switching to our electric shutter, it became easier to expand to other factories and lines due to the advantages in cost and maintenance.
